RiftSeek is an AI-managed product studio provided as a subscription. You submit a product idea; a managed pipeline researches, builds, launches, and iterates a digital product for you, with human oversight at critical steps.
Actions with real-world consequences (publishing, payment-flow activation, third-party account changes) require your explicit authorization before execution. Where you choose to skip a recommended validation step, that choice is recorded and the outcome is your responsibility.
Your product ideas and the products built for you from them belong to you. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service. We do not use your ideas or business data to train AI models (see Privacy).
The service may not be used to build products that are unlawful, deceptive, or infringing on others' rights. We may decline or halt pipelines that violate this.
Parts of the service are produced by AI systems under human oversight. Output is provided with reasonable care but without guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose; correctness-critical steps carry human review as described on the site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Billing is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time (see Refunds). We may terminate for material breach of these terms.
